A Little
whenever i'm sad, i smell the fragrance of the flowers
i miss you, i touch your scent
walking the distance, fleeting in the wind
i feel as though i could touch your breath
you know, you don't know my heart
i miss you. i write a letter again
plucking a petal of my shy heart
i send it to you
i smile. when it's hard, i smile.
even though i'm alone, i'm happy
though i have to watch you from far away, far away
and you don't walk towards me one step
do you know at least a little? could you look at me just a little?
you flow in my heart quietly like a dream
suddenly, i want to cautiously show you a little of my loving heart
at the sound of your cheerful song
my seemingly shy heart starts to thud
lest should you see me like this
i hide again gently
i smile. even though i'm lonely, i smile
i've done okay so far by myself
though i look at your back figure without a word, without a word
though i want to hold your soft hands
do you know at least a little? could you look at me just a little?
you make memories in my heart like a star
just a little, i want to lean on your warm shoulders and fall asleep
this is probably destiny. it's probably love.
could you know, this heart of mine?
do you know at least a little? could you look at me just a little?
you flow in my heart quietly like a dream
suddenly, i want to cautiously show you a little of my loving heart
just a little, i miss you

Whiten Your Skin!
Lemon, an ever famous whitening agent, naturally used to enhance skin whitening n reduction in formation of melanocyte which produced melanin. We will discuss about melanin sometime later down this post. What properties which a lemon possess causes such amazing effect?
The lemon is both a small evergreen tree (Citrus × limon, often given as C. limon) native to Asia and the tree's oval yellow fruit. The fruit is used for culinary and nonculinary purposes throughout the world – primarily for its juice, though the pulp and rind (zest) are also used, mainly in cooking and baking. Lemon juice is about 5% to 6% (approximately 0.3 Molar) citric acid, which gives lemons a sour taste, and a pH of 2 to 3. This makes lemon juice an inexpensive, readily available acid for use in educational science experiments. Many lemon-flavored drinks and candies are available, including lemonade and lemonheads.
Have u all ever conducted an experiment at secondary level with just a lemon? Lemon battery - A popular science experiment in schools involves attaching electrodes to a lemon and using it as a battery to produce electricity. Although very low power, several lemons used in this way can power a small digital watch. These experiments also work with other fruits and vegetables. Amazing huh?
There are some people who want to get a more darker skin and there are some people who want to whiten their skin face. As for me la, i wld prefer to whiten my skin rather than darken my skin. For those who try to find ways to whiten their skin face, let me tell you that ther are a lot of options you could try and you have to try in order to be sure you do the right thing for you.
As I know, from my grandmother, lemon is good for a skin whitening thing, but you can't use it alone for a couple of days and expect for miracles - you have to try some recipes (I'll keep you in touch in below) and you may also see a dermatologist in order to be sure you check the best thing for your face and don't do things from your mind, things that could have some negative effects on your skin. There are also people that say that this is risky and if you put to much lemon on your face and have sunborn problems, then you could have more problems that you could imagine. It's better to make the best decision about all this stuff and don't just get the first thing like lemon or brown sugar on your face if you think it does not work.
The thing about lemon juice is that it can have one of the effects that you do not want to - it does not only whiten your skin, it can brighten your skin to, you can have problems from the sun and so on. But, before you go to a dermatologist (or you see one - it's better to have a specialized advice before getting something on your face, thinking that you could have acne or other nasty stuff you do not want to mess with), you should see/check that there are more things you could try in order to whiten your skin. You could try lemon juice, but besides lemon juice there are a lot of combinations you could do or ask the doctor, in order to have the best thing for you.
there is a saying that lemon juice and honey (mixed together) could be used for a sensitive skin, not to get the acid from the lemon juice directly on your skin because you could have some sort of problems - an acid on your face is going to prone you to large pores or other nasty stuff you do not want, you need to protect yourself so be careful, also be careful about the sun burns and stuff while you have that lemon juice in your skin. Also, brown spots are a thing that could be given to you because of this juice/treatment and you staying to much in the sun - protect yourself and do not let this type of things to happen to you.
turmeric ( KUNYIT in Bahasa Malaysia ) is also a good thing to choose/mix with honey or lemon juice, limes and stuff - they are natural bleachers and they could help your skin very much, it also depends on your skin, the results depends.
cucumber juice - as you know (or you may have seen in movies) there are a lot of ladies and not only, who have a lot of masks or cucumber pieces on their faces, before going to sleep. Cucumber juice is good for your skin and in some situations it could lighten your skin and make it brighter.
I've read an article on the net abt a woman who uses lemon cheesecake on her skin as skin mask? Gila ke? But effective la.. Wanna give it a try? :p
About the facts that v discussed earlier, lets talk about Melanin. What is Melanin?
According to Wikipedia, Melanin is a pigment that is ubiquitous in nature, being found in all organisms. In animals melanin pigments are derivatives of the amino acid tyrosine.
The most common form of biological melanin is eumelanin, a brown-black polymer of dihydroxyindole carboxylic acids, and their reduced forms. Technically all melanins are derivatives of polyacetylene. The most common melanin, dopamelanin is a mixed copolymer of polyacetylene, polyaniline and polypyrrole. Another common form of melanin is pheomelanin, a red-brown polymer of benzothiazine units largely responsible for red hair and freckles. Below is a diagram on Melanin Synthesis:
The melanin in the skin is produced by melanocytes, which are found in the basal layer of the epidermis. Although human beings generally possess a similar concentration of melanocytes in their skin, the melanocytes in some individuals and ethnic groups more frequently or less frequently express the melanin-producing genes, thereby conferring a greater or lesser concentration of skin melanin. Some individual animals and humans have very little or no melanin in their bodies, a condition known as albinism.
Try it with no regrets! a Natural way to whiten ur skin!

Love Your Liver!
During my recent visit to a nearby pharmacy, I ventured into buying some supplements for my liver. It's known that liver is the biggest gland of our body and also plays an important role as DETOXIFICATION AGENT. Despite those explaination, i've observed that i have been eating unhealthily throughout my life. French fries, ice cream, fried chicken are examples of my favourite food which i can munch on it whenever i like. I don't need a good appetite to munch on those food! yes! A visit to McDonalds and KFC is like a visit to heaven to me.
Fatty liver??
Thus, i put on so much weight, in comparison with my friends of the same age! I then decided to push to a healthier diet, rather spending my pennies on dietary supplements such as multivitamins, and etc. I then got a recommendation from a friend of mine to consider taking Milk Thistle. What is Milk Thistle?
not just the bottle that matters! It is what the bottle contains, it is what each CAPSULE contains!
Milk thistle (Silybum marianum) has been used for over 2,000 years as an herbal remedy for a variety of ailments, particularly liver and gall bladder problems. Several scientific studies suggest that substances in milk thistle (especially a flavonoid called silymarin) protect the liver from toxins, including certain drugs such as acetaminophen (Tylenol), which can cause liver damage in high doses. Acetaminophen is one of the ingredients which you can find in a tablet of Excedrin, a kind of painkiller which most pain sufferers rely on! Silymarin has antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, and it may help the liver repair itself by growing new cells. Milk thistle doesnt mean it originates from milky products! It is a kind of flower as the picture says below.
According to Wikipedia, the milk thistle is a thistle of the genus Silybum Adans., a flowering plant of the daisy family (Asteraceae). They are native to the Mediterranean regions of Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. The name "milk thistle" derives from two features of the leaves: they are mottled with splashes of white and they contain a milky sap.
My uncle takes Milk Thistle too! He's an alcoholic and a heavy smoker. Recently he was prescribed Milk Thistle by his consultant physician. To our knowledge, Milk thistle is often suggested as a treatment for alcoholic hepatitis and alcoholic cirrhosis. But scientific studies show mixed results. Most studies show milk thistle improves liver function and increases survival in people with cirrhosis or chronic hepatitis. But problems in the design of the studies (such as small numbers of participants and differences in dosing and duration of milk thistle therapy) make it hard to draw any real conclusions.
Early laboratory studies also suggest that silymarin and other active substances in milk thistle may have anti-cancer effects. These substances appear to stop cancer cells from dividing and reproducing, shorten their life span, and reduce blood supple to tumors.
So, what is it made of?
The active ingredient, the one that protects the liver, in milk thistle is known as silymarin. Silymarin is actually a group of flavonoids (silibinin, silidianin, and silicristin), which are thought to help repair liver cells damaged by alcohol and other toxic substances. It has the chemical structure as below:
Silymarin also keeps new liver cells from being destroyed by these same toxins. It reduces inflammation (which is why it is often suggested for people with liver inflammation or hepatitis), and is a strong antioxidant.
Most milk thistle products are standardized preparations made from the seeds of the plant. Most preparations are standardized to contain 70 - 80% of silymarin.
Moreover, it is available in :-
•Capsules of standardized dried herb (each capsule contains about 120 - 140 mg silymarin)
•Liquid extract
•Tincture
•Silymarin phosphatidylcholine complex
Phosphatidylcholine??? What's that???
A few studies show that a silymarin-phosphatidylcholine complex may be absorbed more easily than regular standardized milk thistle. Phosphatidylcholine is a key element in cell membranes. It helps silymarin attach easily to cell membranes, which may keep toxins from getting inside liver cells. Alcohol extracts should be avoided by anyone with alcohol-related liver disease. It has the following chemical structure :
Phosphatidylcholine (derived from lecithin), a primary dietary source of choline, is composed of a phosphate group, 2 fatty acids, and choline. The composition of essential fatty acids in phosphatidylcholine determines its value in promoting health. When phosphatidylcholine is ingested, most of it is broken down into choline, glycerol free fatty acids, and the phosphate group, rather than being incorporated intact into cellular membranes.
Choline is required for the proper metabolism of fats; it facilitates the movement of fats in and out of cells. Like Vitamin B12, 5-adenosylmethionine, and Folic Acid, choline acts in the human body as a methyl donor. As such, choline is essential for proper liver function due to its key role in the lipotropic effect, i.e., the export of fat from the liver. In the absence of adequate choline, fats become trapped in the liver, where they block metabolism. Stagnation of fat and bile eventually leads to the development of more serious liver disorders such as cirrhosis.
Recommended dose
280 - 450 mg per day in divided doses or silymarin-phosphatidylcholine complex 100 - 200 mg two times per day.
So, what are you all waiting for? A healthy body comes from a healthy liver! Love your liver, Love your life!!!
